When you settle the bill, before you pay, show your eMembership card from the chatbot.
Then pay the way milestack showed you.
Mistakes that cost points
Showing it after you've paid. Rebate$ can't be added once the bill is closed.
Two members, one bill. Only one membership number counts on a bill.
Odd amounts. Rebate$ come in S$10 steps, so a S$19 bill probably earns for S$10.
Letting them expire. Rebate$ last 12 months from your renewal date, plus 3 months' grace.
Buying gift vouchers. Paying with a Swensen's gift voucher earns, but buying one doesn't.
